Support Disability Nottinghamshire<\/h3>\n

Last year we helped 2,000 people across Nottinghamshire thanks to the generous support of our donors and funders. We know there are more people across the County who need our help and your personal donations can help us meet this demand. Donating online is the most cost efficient and effective way of supporting us but we appreciate all forms of donations.<\/p>\n

Make a single donation or set up a regular gift<\/h3>\n

Your donation will go to wherever the need is greatest, helping us provide services which support people with disabilities, long term health conditions and carers across Nottinghamshire to live independent, fulfilled and enriched lives.<\/p>\n

Gift Aid<\/h3>\n

If you Gift Aid your donation, Disability Nottinghamshire will receive an extra 25p for every \u00a31 you donate. You must pay the same amount of income tax\/capital gains tax equal to Gift Aid you are giving us, otherwise you might be liable for the difference.<\/p>\n

Charity fundraising<\/h3>\n

You can donate to Disability Nottinghamshire as part of a celebration you are having, an anniversary, a sponsored cycle ride, cake sale or even as an alternative to Christmas or birthday presents.<\/p>\n

EasyFundraising<\/h3>\n

Disability Nottinghamshire are now registered with easyfundraising, which means you can raise FREE donations for us every time you shop online. Over 8,000 brands will donate to us when you use easyfundraising to shop with them \u2013 at no extra cost to yourself!<\/span><\/p>\n

These donations really mount up and make a BIG difference to us, so we\u2019d really appreciate it if you could take a moment to sign up and support us. It\u2019s completely FREE and only takes a moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

How it works: You shop through the easyfundraising website or app, and retailers donate a percentage of the cost to our organisation, at no extra cost.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leave a gift in your will or as part of a legacy<\/h3>\n

Remembering\u00a0us in your will, is the most inspiring and compassionate way of ensuring we can continue to help people across Nottinghamshire. Gifts can come in all shapes and sizes, big ones, small ones or anything that is leftover after other gifts have been made. If you have any questions or would like to know more about leaving a legacy then please contact us to find out more.<\/p>\n

Corporate donations<\/h3>\n

Support from private or public organisations is one way for employees and customers to engage in charity giving. It can help build confidence, increase motivation, encourage teamwork, increase sales and improve reputation. If you would like to consider us a charity that your organisation would like to support, please contact us with your idea and how we might be able to assist in making it a reality.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Payroll giving<\/h3>\n

You can help us to support people with disabilities, long-term health conditions and carers by making\u00a0a regular contribution through your payroll. Not only is it a simplier way of supporting us but it’s also the most cost effective because donations are deducted before tax.<\/p>\n

For example, if you donate \u00a310 through your payroll, only \u00a38 comes out of your salary and the taxman pays the rest. Or, if you’re\u00a0on a\u00a0higher rate tax payer (40%), only \u00a36 comes out of your salary.<\/p>\n\n\n
